I will start by saying I paid $99 for a sewage line cleaning and Big Cat did a great job and now my toilet works well. However, I was also told my sewage line needed replaced OR a fiberglass insert placed to the tune of $23,000. So I got estimates from two other plumbers who told me the line was fine; if anything, they recommended only two small sections be replaced, but it wasn’t necessary. Carmen with Big Cat plumbing, came out and resolved a long standing issue. It did not take him long to identify the problem with my instant hot water heater. There was another company that came out a couple times and they were not able to resolve it, but Carmen was able to resolve it. I highly recommend this company.

Ron was amazing he went out of his way to make sure my family was safe and warm. The furnace is running great. Thank you guys so much. You guys are a blessing. If we have anyone ask for a company that dose plumbing and heating we are definitely recommending Big Cat!!! Great service by D. Legrone our technician. Very professional, friendly and answered our questions. Our plumber, Travis Burson was fast and efficient in installing our water heater. Very friendly and explained everything.
