Had a water pressure problem and a leaking hot water heater. They came, fixed it , were polite, professional, their staff kept us updated on arrival time and were very easy to talk to!

Had a tech by the name of Q come out the other day. He was so kind and understanding as I didn’t realize we had a wasp issue. He came out got the project done. He let me know of some things that needed attention but didn’t pressure to get it scheduled right away. 10/10 service thanks Mr. Q

My wife and I have used them for a hot water heater, water softener, and some other repairs. Now we had them do a a/c compressor and furnace. Wyatt and Nate did the job and Ron stopped by to check on things. Couldn't be happier. Professional, personable, meticulous are some words that best describe the work Wyatt and Nate did. After the job they cleaned up and you wouldn't know they were there for such a big job. Can't say enough good about them. Big Cat should be proud to have such employees. I highly recommend Big Cat.
