Mixed review. Inquired via texts and phone call including message left to the store associate about kitchen cabinets but never received a text or call back. Finally went into the store to check on availability, mentioned the lack of communication. No apology. Disappointing. On the other hand, I was there to buy some hard to find siding a few months back and was pleased with the service at the front counter to find a match for the siding.
We had a very specific need for one of our commercial doors. I stopped into Big C one day and talked with Jayson. He was on it immediately looking into all the best options for us. He came out to take a look at it for measurements and was able to recommend an installation person. Once he exhausted all the affordable solutions that made sense for our unusual situation, he actually contacted a different type of a company to ask about getting the job done.
