They were very reasonably priced and quick to fix the laptops I sent in. Much better than any repair shops I've gone to in the past.

I hardly write a review, but you see this one, is a must. This guy is the GOAT when it comes to computers. My laptop fell and got twisted, the screen was completely damaged. So I thought it can't be fixed. Until I went to Big byte computers, he told me, he can fix the screen only but the twisted part can't be fixed. I was ok with just the screen being fix. Had a desktop that suddenly wouldn't turn on. Took it in, Michael did a check up, installed a new power supply, and I picked it up the next day. Fast and friendly service!

I was in trouble while working on a big project, then my computer crashed during a Microsoft update. Mike came to my rescue. Perfectly fixed and added a software fix so it won't happen again. I will always be a customer, Mike.
