I brought my Legion laptop in with power issues. I couldn’t even get it to power up. I thought for sure the motherboard was shot and it was a loss cause. about an hour later, I got a call saying that they got it back up and running. I am so happy With their service, I will recommend them to everybody.
I almost totally forgot to put in my rating Excellent service all around! A few nights ago I made the mistake by inputting command rd /s /q and hitting enter without finishing the whole command with %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Download to delete cached stuff. And so I sat there in horror watching basically everything get deleted and so in a panic I hit restart and... Dead. Computer was bricked, windows basically deleted and operating system is dead. Couldn't boot it or be able to factory reset. I realized I was so screwed.... read more
