arguably the best experience ive had at a store. we have an old dell laptop that was missing its power adapter, and not only did the man working there not sell us into the 50$ power supply for it, not only did he show us a used 65w power adapter which would have charged slower, but he got us a 90w adapter for 10$ and it would have been the same price as the 65w power adapter. needless to be said, we'll come back when we need to solve another one of our problems whether it's hardware or software!
I brought my Legion laptop in with power issues. I couldn’t even get it to power up. I thought for sure the motherboard was shot and it was a loss cause. about an hour later, I got a call saying that they got it back up and running. I am so happy With their service, I will recommend them to everybody.
I almost totally forgot to put in my rating Excellent service all around! A few nights ago I made the mistake by inputting command rd /s /q and hitting enter without finishing the whole command with %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Download to delete cached stuff. And so I sat there in horror watching basically everything get deleted and so in a panic I hit restart and... Dead. Computer was bricked, windows basically deleted and operating system is dead. Couldn't boot it or be able to factory reset. I realized I was so screwed.... read more
