I've been doing business with Big Bite for around 7 years and I'm very confident in the work they do for computer repairs tune-ups Etc. Today I got upgraded to Windows 11 and a upgraded computer for under $500
They were very reasonably priced and quick to fix the laptops I sent in. Much better than any repair shops I've gone to in the past.
I hardly write a review, but you see this one, is a must. This guy is the GOAT when it comes to computers. My laptop fell and got twisted, the screen was completely damaged. So I thought it can't be fixed. Until I went to Big byte computers, he told me, he can fix the screen only but the twisted part can't be fixed. I was ok with just the screen being fix. To my greatest surprise he fixed the screen and the twisted part, my laptop is like brand new now, it works perfectly. And it wasn't that expensive. I will recommend this ... read more
