Group fitness and Family fun sessions for all ages. We run group fitness classes for adults on a Monday and Wednesday evening at the Polish Club, Melton Mowbray. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Sarah is extremely enthusiastic which is infectious and makes every class enjoyable. The class always feels like a community of kind, supportive women who never judge anyone that joins. I look forward to every single class I go to, not only for the music but also the people
I love going to zumba as it really help with my moods and me trying to lose the weight...All the ladies are so friendly and the instructor sarah welcomes anyone in even if it's your first time or you have been going for years...it never changes we are one big happy family....Sarah is amazing and inspirational woman I have ever met....I would recommend if anyone is feeling low or just want to lose some weight or just to have fun Sarah makes you feel safe and let's you do it at your own rate....so would highly recommend
