A 16x22 steel building with a 10’ roll up garage door went up in 5 1/2 hrs. It was very impressive to watch the plans we had discussed on paper with our salesperson, Tucker Fine, and his success team managing the paperwork. After that, the order was processed and we couldn’t be more pleased. From beginning to end, the entire project went flawlessly. Pricing was reasonable, customer service was superb, and the building turned out as promised. Thank you to all involved at BIG BUILDINGS DIRECT! We highly recommend this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with Big Buildings Direct. They act as overpriced brokers who provide minimal value while adding unnecessary costs to the process. The deposit you pay is merely a commission for them, and the remaining balance is what you have to pay the fabricators and installers, which in my case was Steel Buildings and Structures Inc. (SBSI). After taking your deposit, they pass you off to a different company that actually does the installation, giving you only a 72-hour window to cancel the order. I ... read more
