TLDR - Took my deposit and NO-SHOWED THE JOB 3 TIMES! All I have is a leaky roof and a useless warranty since they took my deposit and did not bother to show up. I have to say that working with this team has been absolutely brutal from the jump - getting a hold of Evan or even Sydney has been a nightmare. Worst customer service ever… will not keep appointments and when the answering service answers they will not return calls. Used this company because they were a hometown company from two places we have homes. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!
