Quiet, open campground. We stayed in tents, so unsure how the cabins are. I came here a lot as a kid and loved it. It seems to now be mostly full of long term campers & RVs which ruins the experience a bit. Felt like staying in a trailer park. The lake is beautiful and the kids had fun fishing (tho it is only catch and release). The club house was locked even tho it is listed as an amenity (pool table, etc). Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great place to relax go camping. Trails ponds and hiking really fun thanks Tina for everything great people
Cabin was tidy. Has direct TV. Shooting range. 2 beautiful lakes you can fish in and off road paths for side by sides and a pool. Deffinently an outdoors person one stop shop. If Tina doesn't have it, there's a nearby dollar store that sells beer and groceries. As far as campsite/resorts go, this one offers the most I've ever been to.
Visited 9/22 40ft fifth wheel camper. So quiet n' peaceful, Which we really enjoy. Rv sites (other than #8 DT) are a little small n tight for our rig. But some people like that. Pool closed, which is a bummer because it's so hot! Very nice and helpful staff. Close to stores. Starlink and Verizon service was a little spotty. Which again, we don't mind sometimes.
Awful. RV site booked a month ahead. We arrived at 3:50 pm some lady at gate who was waiting for a ride said. Oh the owners gone to town but let me get you her number. 15 minutes later we got the number , called , she tried to put us in a site with no sewer. After protesting she gave us choice if two Full hookup sites. She never came back to office to check us in The sites are two campers back to back using the same water hookups.
