I??ve been told countless times that I have a fantastic and friendly staff that takes a lot of pride in their work; which is why this comment surprised me and concerns me at the same time. Big Business, Little Brains What a joke! I can't believe this place is still in business. The environment in there is very uncomfortable and the employees seem totally stressed out! If the management doesn't learn how to improve moral and get better at running their business I don't see how they can survive this tough economy. I feel sorry for the gals who work there. horrid this store has a really cute scrapbooking store attached to it, but the copy center itself is horrible. they do bad work, and the management is completely incompetent.
Sloppy Jobs, Horrible Customer Service Big B's could be a nice place to go. There is a nice scrapbooking store attached to the small copy shop. However, things are generally overpriced and the customer service leaves something to be desired. Don't go here if you are looking for quality.
