I had a blow out on the freeway and the owner stopped and helped me change my tire, when I found out he had a tire shop in Galveston I had to return the favor and buy a tire from him. I came during my lunch break and he was able to put my new tire on within 15-20 mins. It saved me the headache of going to discount tire and waiting forever! I'm happy I could support a local tire shop here in Galveston!
Not worth any stars!!! The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to in order to write this. The rudest person I have ever spoken with. Didn't even acknowledge the company when he answered the phone, just said "WHAT" I asked if this was Big Brothers Road Service, he answered with, "What do you want!?" I asked if he could provide service for a flat tire, told me, "We don't do that!" and slammed down the phone. People of Galveston don't call this place.
