Car Radio installer couldn't get sound on my new radio. I took the new radio out and put the old radio in. Same problem. I took my car to Big Brother Security after a friend recommendation. Brian pulled the radio out, even pulled steering wheel apart. He found there was an incorrect wiring issues - fixed the problem plus he sorted out the steering wheel control.
