I regret ever using Big Brothers Tech. I paid them a substantial amount of money to install my cameras, and years later when I got a new phone, I found out they never even gave me the password they set up. Now that I need access, they claim they “don’t keep records” and the only solution is for me to pay $175 an hour for a service appointment. That’s outrageous.
