It’s really not the price they tell you in upfront so beware before they do any job I ask them the price he told me 25 dollar then they replace tire with my own tire and they charged me 94 dollars because I tell him to no for the new tires

I don’t know much about cars, but Mike took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what was going on. Josh was extremely helpful to both my son and me. He got both of our vehicles taken care of in a timely manner and provided us with all the information and recommendations we needed. We originally went in for oil changes and ended up getting alignments as well. Josh provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Josh to all my friends and family. Great job, Josh!
I was very happy walking into this Firestone. The level of service was great. I felt like I was at a Lexus dealership. The friendliness and hospitality was amazing. And the prices. I would definitely recommend. It’s exceptional quality for a little city like San Bernardino. Thank you ElSay!!!!
