Both corporate and the Oxnard location treat customers badly enough to reconsider if I even want to support the Ventura Location.
Still waiting on my mail-in rebate, months after they told me “it was sent out and should arrive any day now.” I’ve called and followed up by email multiple times, and no one can give me a straight answer as where my rebate is or when I will receive it. Meanwhile, Michelin delivered on their manufacturer rebate within 10 business days of submitting my proof of purchase. If someone calls to get on your Vendor list, dont just push them to inventory. Unfortunately the staff here rather talk to one another than to customers that call. Will be second guessing doing buissness here. Thank you, take care. Also, your properties are dirty.
