I took my car to Big Brand and left it there on Friday 8-2-2023. I had stated Two Specific things that were of trouble with the car. I even had my last receipt from a Toyota dealer with me and showed them what they had done with the car. On Friday the 11th I had picked the car up Late in the afternoon and the initial guy that I had spoke to wasn't there. I paid $4181.76.
