First time customer and will be using them in the future. I called to have my tires rotated and a slow leak fixed. They did it at no charge and even though they were busy, they let me know in advance of a turn around time so I was able to schedule my day. They got it done sooner than expected. They were friendly and helpful. I didn’t buy my tires from them but they still provided the services free of charge. When I need tires and service, I will be going to them
Horrible service. They do not listen to their customers. They ended up costing me $100's and did not fix anything. Communication is very poor.
Nail in my tire. These guys are great. I always get my tires from Chatsworth tires
Showed up at 2:30 with an appointment for tire alignment. Waited till 3:10 and they still had not moved/touched my truck. Got up asked for the keys and left. If you have all day for a simple job make and appointment and you should be fine. If you are a normal human with other things to do go somewhere else.
