UPDATE ON YOUR REPLY: You might provide those “free” services which are useless for major clients, meanwhile you overcharge clients for different services like in my case “changing in cabin filter.” I’ve done several oil changes here and never had any problems…until the last time when I asked them to change my in cabin filter (I have Toyota).
