Patched up my Genesis for free in 15 minutes. Tire had a small bolt in it and they took care of that. Now I see why they’re named Big Brand Tires!
I recently visited Big Brand Tires in Oxnard and had a great experience. Monique was amazing. She explained everything clearly, was very transparent, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. I felt well taken care of and really appreciated the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
They are always very nice and efficient. I love their no BS approach to things and I have never been asked to do more than I am asking them to do. They are not pushy salespeople which I love
