I called Jacob at the call center and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was actually in the parking lot of another tire brand store, but didn’t like their customer service. I immediately noticed Jacob’s good customer service over the phone and almost instantly decided to go with big brand tires. Monique at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I did not get the text names but they were very efficient and professional. 10/10 experience.
