Came in for a fist repair - Danny promised in a two hour timeframe (only because a tech was not on site yet), and it was done in under two hours!
I called today Oct.15. Ask if I can take my vehicle for oil change . Brought my vehicle and the Mgr.Daniel Vega was the one that help me. I asked how long it takes. He said 45min.to 1hr. It was done in 50min. So far I really have good experience with BIG Brand off Murrieta Hot Springs. Thanks to the Mgr. Daniel. I give him a 10 for excellent service
Danny and Brad replaced my TPMS sensors…. Quick and easy - no more light in my dash!!! Great Team!!!
Had a great experience with Big Brand Tire Service. Martin and Brad were very nice and helpful and worked us in today and didnt wait long. We will be back.
Somehow 2 tires in my VW ATLAS had a nail each I thought for sure was gonna be told need to replace them and luckily I did not. That alone gave me confidence in returning for tire replacement which will be needed soon. I was not charged. So I guess it was a great price.
