I am very pleased with how I have been treated by this shop and staff. I had purchased several tires for my car and my pop up camper. They have stood by the product they sell. I recently had a last minute issue on the Friday before the Memorial day holiday and they got me in last minute and fixed my issue so that I could get to my campsite safely and not have to cancel it. Alfred was fantastic. Dropped my car off on a Saturday morning. My tires weren’t in stock and was prepared to wait until Monday to get my car. However, Alfred was able to get my tires in same day and I was able to get my car Saturday evening. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone needing their car serviced in the Lakewood area.

I found the exact tires that I wanted on their website, made the appointment I wanted for the next morning and when I got there they had the tires waiting to be installed! So easy! They did a great job for my son as well. I believe it was Jessie at the counter that helped me with everything. He was very nice and knowledgeable. They also noticed the alignment was out and gave me the option to get that done at the same time. After all said and done the manager, Alfred came out to make sure everything was satisfactory.
