Went in for possible front and rear brakes. After the mechanic checked the brakes came to be that I didn't have to do the fronf and rest brakes all I needed was an easy adjustment. Now most other places would say ' yeah it's the brakes , you need to change them' but Big Brand are honest and trusting. The guys are A #1 at what they do...
When my car's front tire got flat, the first place jumped in my mind to replace it is Costco. But my mother-in-law strongly recommend me to come to this place cause they take good care of her for 40 years. I came to the shop reluctantly and thought I will leave immediately if they quote me price too high. The result comes excellent. They provided wonderful service with very competitive charge. If they had less then one star I would have given it to them. My daughter had 4 wheel tires put on the truck and took off on a trip. As they were driving over the grapevine the front tire came off. It nearly killed all them. Low and behold they didn't tighten NOT ONE single bolt. Every single bolt on all 4 tires were barely hanging on. I found out this isn't the first time either they've done this to other people. I almost lost my grand daughter and my kids this company needs to fire the responsible party and make this right... read more
I've held off writing this review until hearing back from Big Brand but have yet to receive a call. I ordered all weather tires and brought my car in for service. They said they ordered the wrong tires and suggested a pricier set that included a rebate. The rebate would "soften the blow" so I got the tires and submitted the form for the rebate. A couple of months later I received a letter from Michelin saying they do not have a rebate for those tires. I called Big Brand a few times and left messages but they never called bac... read more
Take forever have temps working there can't make progress they let you know a time and take one or two hours more than what they tell you
Excellent customer service and support. The service men went above and beyond my concerns. I called several tire shops, Dale from big brand gave me the best rates. I needed a rim and tire other tire places gave me a quote higher, and Dale was so thorough He was the only to care about the lug size distance on my rim. I highly recommend this place of business! Thank you We are safe on the road!!!
Fernando & Darrin were very helpful and awesome. They have great customer service. I would definitely recommend coming here and not to mention they have affordable prices!!����
I went in for a tire fix and they stripped all my wheel studs. And did not want to pay for what they damaged.would never go back
Their sales people are agressive hawks. They don't miss an opportunity. My bill for tires was twice the initial price of the tires. The only thing they don't charge for is the air--I wouldn't be surprised if they did.
