Elder Auto has now become Big Brand Tire & Service. Nonetheless, I see that the staff are all the same, and their service remains top level! This time, for the first time we had a problem with our repair, and after notifying the staff about my problem, they promptly investigated and fixed it at no charge . Unfortunately, a new problem arose the next day due to a faulty sway arm that left us stuck in the mountains. I recently had break trouble and the good gentleman at Big Brand Tire helped me get my truck towed and my brakes fixed when they went out.
Used to be elder auto, was the best mechanic in town. Big brand took over, fired og employees, raised prices and quality in service went down. Really miss elder and the crew they had. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Came to get my flat tire plugged/patched. No one who actually fixed it at this place spoke with me. They just gave me my keys and said “good to go”. I drove 1.5 miles home on my “fixed tire” and got home at 1pm. I went out to my car to drive to the store 2 hours after and it was dead flat. ***POOR REPAIR SERVICE!!!***….my USAA insurance sent out a dispatch and they confirmed this was poorly repaired and they ruined the good tire I had.
