Excellent, friendly customer service, fair and transparent pricing, found out I had a loyalty discount from my previous visit, and out with all repairs done in a couple hours. Highly recommend!!

The team here is great. Kind, knowledgeable and communicative. Was in and out in an hour with a whole new set of tires.
Unfortunately, the service this place provides has really gone downhill. Have been going to this mechanic/location for years. Since the transition from Elder Auto to Big Brand, they have gone from great to bad. I was most recently advised a change to my oil pans that would take 1/2 day. 8 hours later, I'm still waiting. Do yourselves a favored, go somewhere else. This place has gone from a quality family institution to a corporatized piece of doodoo.
