Santa Maria Big Brand. Don't go here. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and don't mind lying about service they claimed they did, but did not do.
don't recommend. lousy service, took 45 minutes and a complaint to get 4 tires on.
Don’t waste your time if you need a tire repair wanted plug and instead told me needed 4 new tires lots of tread left 5 to 7/32 of tread left I’ve given this place a 2nd and 3rd chance they always let me down Greg from bring brand does not care
The manager, Carlos, at this location is a straight up liar. Talks over people, zero customer service skills and just comes across like a know it all. He's a clown. He has screwed me for the last time. I've gone through 3 sets of tires on 1 car and paid for an alignment each time. They never stand by their warranty. To make matters worse they will lie to your face. They do terrible work and can't remember anything so they just make up nonsense. They need to fire Carlos. RecommendedAwesome experience, I needed tires and alignment on a Saturday. I couldn’t find anyone to do the alignment. I drove into Big Brand and they fit me in immediately. Very professional
Great customer service. They got me in right away for my oil change. Free tire rotation too!
Big thanks to the team at Big Brand Tire in Santa Maria. After our tire blowout on an unfamiliar road they were super helpful. They got us a replacement tire installed before I could even finish my coffee. Both the counter staff and the tech who worked on our car were amazing!
A huge shout out to Carlos and Antonio at Big Brand Tire!! Great customer service and pleasant to deal with. My choice from now on!
