Do not take your car here! This place is turning into an absolute s*** show. I've gone here for years but now they are totally scrambling to keep up with cars in their lot and they are forgetful to the point of negligence. I brought my car here to get tires replaced because we had a damaged tire that was unsafe to drive. They had my car for 6 1/2 hours. Get your tires here! I went to Big Brand Tires in Mesa, AZ, after having a flat and a bad day a day earlier. They sold me two new tires for under $200. (I had spent over $350 the day before at Big O.) Joe was super helpful, and all the staff were great. They had my car ready in an hour and a half, and I saved real money! Try these guys! Five Stars!

I originally went into Integrity tire Idyllwild complaining about my new set of tires were destroyed wearing them out before 10k miles on them. over 2000.00 later I was done. I only put 5000 a year on my 4x4 truck. When I did drive off the mountain and was braking around the curves. My truck would almost flip forward off the highway. I almost died several times. For a simple flat tire they made me to wait over an hour wich they didn't explain it at first he had only one guy working and he can't make him to work faster, that was his explain after one hour waiting. And after an hour they told i need new tire which was not true because another shot fixed it for 20 dollars. NOT RECOMMENDED

Santa Maria Big Brand. Don't go here. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and don't mind lying about service they claimed they did, but did not do.

Read reviews and don't work at Brian's if you're planning on being paid for the work you put in. He'll beat around the bush and act like it's not his fault you didn't get your money, just like he responds to the negative reviews here. Don't recommend working for them or giving them business since his ethic on both is clearly twisted.

Don’t waste your time if you need a tire repair wanted plug and instead told me needed 4 new tires lots of tread left 5 to 7/32 of tread left I’ve given this place a 2nd and 3rd chance they always let me down Greg from bring brand does not care

These People Working At The Porterville Site Are Crooks. Went In For Oil Change & New Air Filter. Paid $50.00 For The Best Products. Three Days Later Took Our Car To Another Garage & They Went Through Our Engine & Showed Us The Most Filthy Air Filter & Oil? I Couldn't Believe It If They Hadn't Showed Me. I'm Totally Disgusted In Big Brand Tires. They Seemed So Professional & Pleasant I Didn't Think I Needed To Do Buisness With Anyone Else....BOY! WAS I WRONG. BEWARE PEOPLE!!! BIG BRAND TIRES ARE LIARS & CROOKS!!!
