I recently drove up to New York from north jersey to pick up a Used DIRTBIKE I saw this store on the way there and on the way back I said to my son we should stop in there and see if they have any triangle kick stands so We walked in and ask the owner if he has these, he said no, but I get these kick stands in our crates of new motorcycles. This man gave me and my son two triangle kick stands For free because he said they came out of their crates of the new Motorcycles that they get for the shop. They had a small selection of ATVs super helpful but a little out of our range with the price
My husband and two boys decided to invest in a dirt bike together to ride up in the country and, after a ton of research, landed on Big Boyz Toys to purchase their dream bike. The owner was super helpful and friendly. He made the process easy and at pick up, he was able to give them all the information needed so they could be on their way and start to enjoy the bike. We would highly recommend this location!
All the time, excuses, change my rear tire with them so that the inspection passes, and when I return they took out more excuses, travel for an hour to give them preference because they knew the condition of my motorcycle, and even so they took out more excuses, do not spend their time in this place, they will always say no to everything.
Came in to purchase a helmet for my MSF class and the team there was very very helpful. They also allowed me to get on a few bikes and gave me extensive knowledge. As a new rider it was very welcoming and I was surprised they were that help close to closing time also. I don’t handout 5 stars often but when you have good customer service and friendly people they deserve it!
