Had an air conditioning compressor replaced in our motorhome by this company. It failed well within thewarranty period. After numerous calls and attempts to rectify the issue, after a year of promises, in the end they refused to install a replacement or give us a refund of even the warrantied part. Would never use this business again. Were rude, unprofessional and would never call us back as promised. No value in customer service.

I have used Big Boys for 5 years for maintenance and repair. Brielle has met every mechanical, electrical and diagnostic challenge my equipment has presented to him. As well as doing it all in a timely fashion in good humour. When Jaimie gets parts ,which is all the time , she gets the right ones.She can deal with every parts supplier in the city. I would highly recommend Big Boys services.
