Chris Drover was an excellent salesman! No pressure, answered all of our questions, and he offered up suggestions like we were one of his family. Jeff with the service crew gave a thorough walkthrough after the sale and Grace helped get our hitch installed under a tight timeline. I recommend visiting to buy your next RV.
I just finished purchasing a grand design reflection from TraveLand in Parksville! All the staff have been so amazing and so accommodating. No question is a stupid question!! Went in to book some service work and was rudely spoken to by a service advisor Whom decided to tell me they dont do free seal checks and what I was inquiring about was a maintenance item.... at no time was i asking about free seal check, was looking to book service ( potentially servuce the wheel bearing , and size out a cover on top of seal checks) but her horrible attitude has driven away a future customer (bought the unit from big boys a few years ago) If this is the replace to big boys then ill never go back
Bad experience. We asked for the keys to the RV we were interested in buying , to start the motor...normal checking. The big old guy said if you are not going to test drive it, you don't need the keys. I asked nicely again, that we would like to start it. He said no, we said "you're not interested in selling". We went down the road and bought a RV from Arbutus RV dealers by Nanaimo airport, on the same day and they were great. I would not recommend the grumpy, bad service and limited selection of Big Boy Toys at this locatio... read more
