The parts associate went out of his way to find the parts I needed and ended up ordering them directly from the supplier for me. I greatly appreciated how very quickly he was able to order them for me, as I'm visiting Parksville on vacation for the summer.
We arrived on a Friday morning with an urgent need for service support. Even though they were fully booked Grace had a technician take a look and fortunately they were able to repair our window and set us on our way in less than 2 hours all for less than what our insurance deductible would have been.
