If you want great service this is the place to rent from. Ethan went well over the top for service, exceeding my expectations exptactions. We had a great time on the sleds they fired up everytime we wanted to stop and start again so no issues with the equipment. He recommended a good route for us I took it further than my dad did and it worked out perfectly we were both able to get into snow conditions that were exciting to each of our levels of riding.
Same Day Service!!! 😲😃 Outstanding service and repair on our Toro snowblower at an affordable price. Staff was super friendly from start to finish and provided repair estimates and times for carburetor rebuild / replacement and tune-up. Support staff helped to unload snow blower. Head mechanic explained possible repair scenarios regarding the carburetor and was obviously an experienced professional. Great experience with Big Boy Toys! We rented 3 snowmobiles and all the gear for a non-commercially guided trip in Yellowstone (an epic adventure). Ethan was incredibly great at communicating everything we needed, answered all our questions and made sure to make everything work in our schedule. I would definitely do business with them again any time. You can't go wrong with them - highly recommend!
