Really disappointed with their service. They came out to fix a leak under my sink. The disposal was installed by someone else a year ago wrongly. Well the techs with Big Boys came out to fix it. The main tech made me feel bad for how poorly it was installed. Made it feel like I was inconveniencing them for the work that needed to be done and it was going to be a huge project. I had a issue with my sewer line and called this company to come out to snake it. Well it turns out the line needed to be replaced, big expense. Let me tell you that not only were the techs through but they explained all options honestly so there were no surprises. The repair was done quickly. I was updated on the progress every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you Big Boys Plumbing.

The two individuals whom came out were very nice. That’s the only good thing about this company. Online and over the phone they tell you they have free estimates, but what they don’t say is that they will charge you close to $300 if they are there “diagnosing” an issue…whether they find an issue or not. They charged me $575 to come out for two issues. They couldn’t find the one leak and the other issue was just tightening my overflow drain. The overflow drain took all of 15 min to diagnose and fix.
