Terrible. Carpets weren’t shampooed. They were dry but they said they did them. Bugs on the front even after a supposed wax. Never did wax but claimed they did. Worst experience ever. Charged a fortune. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They are cheating their customers.
I’m newer to the area - called them today with a little emergency. My foster dog had gotten sick in my brand new car. They answered the phone, responded immediately, and showed up today as well. My car looks and smells brand new again. Great customer service and I will definitely be using them again.
Got my car detailed at Big Boys Hand Car Wash and they absolutely killed it. Corey really hooked it up! Looks brand new inside and out. Super friendly staff too. Definitely coming back.
This was my first time going to this place, and I won’t be back. I wish I read the reviews, it is $70 for a car wash. Also, the guy in charge of cleaning the car is pointing out tint details about my car, trying to upsell me on a bunch of stuff. I’m good bro. Next, the owner comes up to me right when they start cleaning the car, and asked for my payment. It’s cash only and I gave him $80 so they received a tip.
