One of their employees, Monica, intentionally vandalized my vehicle in multiple places. The damage is obvious, documented, and not accidental. Any reasonable person can tell this was deliberate. When I brought this to the attention of Big Boys Collision, I gave them multiple opportunities to do the right thing. I recommend this place, they did a great job and were very efficient! Great deal as well compared to other shops. They even polished my headlight lenses!
Great experience with our hail repair! Nick did an awesome job and Cody kept us informed and at ease through the entire process! So glad we could get our hail fixed without having to paint the car! Highly recommended
I had a wreck in San Marcos but do not live there. Did not want to tow my car back home (1 1/2 he away) as it would have been expensive. The Towing company suggested Big Boy Collision. So glad they did. They were very kind and did an amazing job. My son lives in San Marcos and will be using them again, if needed.
