I appreciate the service when they really care about me. The problem here is the food. It is so bad that makes me for the first time coming straight to here to write a complain and hope you can improve. I ordered a bowl of Orange Chicken. I thought that it would be a combo cause it's almost $21 before tax plus tips (sorry I guess this is just me problem when I expected that high for airport food). I was a little hesitant to come here at first due to the bad reviews. However, I had a serious craving for Asian food as soon as I passed it in the terminal and could not stop thinking about it. So, I took the risk and got the potstickers and egg rolls. They were delicious! Of course it is fast-food, so it’s not the highest quality, but it was pretty darn good for airport food. Expensive, but I’d definitely go back to get more.

Honestly, this was the worst food I’ve ever had. Almost everything went straight into the trash. I paid $35 for five tiny, dry, burnt pieces of meat and brown rice that had the texture of oatmeal. The quality was terrible, the portions were disappointing, and it was a complete waste of money. I definitely won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this place.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was awful. Everything was overloaded with salt, and the beef had the texture of chewing gum. Spending $30 for food like this feels like getting scammed. Compared to Panda Express, this place isn’t even close — Panda is 10x better at a fraction of the price. Won’t be back.
