The place is closed. Vacant. Went out of business. IMHO it didn't treat people right in the overall cycling ecosystem. It put money before people and community. People and community comes first.

They repaired my tubeless tire by adding a plug and sealant. A month later, it started leaking again, so I returned to the shop. The owner refused to help, claiming he never worked on my bike and couldn’t find my name in the system. Without even checking the previous repair, he suggested I buy a new tire. This was the worst customer experience I've had at a bike shop.
