We were looking for a wedding decorator who were familiar with multicultural weddings and found Big Bow. Nikki and Muhammed were attentive and listened to our vision for the wedding and made it work to fit our budget. Even as time went on and we wanted to make some changes from the original vision, they were patient and willing to meet with us and work with us to make those changes work. Nikki and Muhammad are truly amazing! From the very first meeting they treated my husband and I like family. We spent close to 2 years planning our wedding decor and they exceed our expectations! Our wedding day was magical and felt like a dream. Our guests continue to compliment how beautiful our decor was and I cannot thank Nikki and Muhammad enough for bringing our vision to life! I promise you will not regret booking them for your next event! 10/10 experience!
The quality of service, the attentiveness to the client, and the attention to detail!!!!! Chefs kiss!! Big Bow is head and shoulders above any expectations and brought our vision of our special day to life PLUS MORE. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Muhammad and Nikki and honestly felt like we were talking with friends. Muhammad and Nikki we love you like family and we thank you for bringing perfection to our reception. 10/10 recommend.
The reason I gave 1 star because i had emailed twice per owner Nikki's request and it's been weeks she didn't even bother replying back. I would never recommend someone who can't even respond to customer!!
