The gin is delicious and floral, fits beautifully with some tonic water and a squeeze of key lime. Beautiful distillery!
Big bottom distillery is producing some wonderfully approachable gins and their delta rye is outstanding. Make time to get to this distillery and sample some of their exceptional spirits. I can't wait to see what new offerings they bring to market!
Big Bottom is open again! For several years I missed the fabulous rye they produced after the distillery was purchased by one of "the big guys" and they just left it... Sitting in barrels, gathering dust. Which was great for us consumers for when the OG distillers rescued the product several years later, it came back in the original oak barrels, deeper, richer, and oh so smooth. Get yourselves in there!
