I've had a small unit with Big Boom storage for 7 years, storing trunks of family papers and memorabilia for my elderly father. Although my unit was older and the most basic, (not humidity controlled), in all that time I've never had an issue with water, insects or mice. Everything has not only been secure, but kept perfectly. Jennifer in the office has always been most helpful.
Storage unit leaked and ruined furniture and mattresses. Took them one hour to come and assess so they can document for claims. They are not paying me for the time I had my movers there while waiting for Big Boom to assess damages. They have holes in their ceilings. Pretty despicable. Nice way to run your business. Didn’t realize I had to absorb the cost while waiting for you guys to look at damages. Had your facility been periodically checked I wouldn’t be posting this review. Don’t go here.

The receptionist is lovely. Always enjoy going in.
