Never Again Do not trust this company! This is the absolute worst place to deal with. They keep raising the prices and will not even go by the invoice that they wrote up. They kept raising the cost of install, and then added old carpet take up which they already knew about. When I bought the carpet, both my fiance and I told the lady "Cathie" that the old carpet was glued down and they would need to take it up. She quoted us a price and wrote up an invoice. Big Bob's Flooring Outlet They have anything you could want at a great price. I buy all my carpet remnants here for my rental properties as well as my personal home. Bob is a very nice guy and is always quick to help.
Not Even As A Last Resort I had to rate them something, so I gave a 1. This is the absolute worst group that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From unprofessional to over-zealousness in covering their own (and each others) rear - ends. The prices kept going up and up and up. The installers didn't want to do the job, they left to go pickup supplies and never returned. The price went higher at every turn. When the installers got there, they didn't even bring any tools in.
