Besides having an amazing cook and owner, the food is fantastic, extremely fresh, well-portioned and flavorful! The Philly cheesesteaks are better than any I've had in Philly and their Philly with shrimp is even better! The bread is soft, nothing is mushy or overly firm; it is simply perfect. I've easily ordered for my entire family and brought the food back from the outlets to their utter satisfaction and we eat out...a lot. This is one of the best tasting food trucks in New Jersey. I had an amazing cheese steak no peppers just the way I like it and right at the end of a shift at the outlets it was like pure heaven and heavily packed with meat and cheese and golden onions, definitely getting again
Their sausage pepper and onions is pitiful they charge 14 dollars for a piece of sausage, 1/8 of a pepper, and 1/8 of onion. I’m no accountant but, last time I checked that costs about 4 dollars to make.
