I do not recommend this place my daughter is autistic and non verbal when we first brought her here we specifically requested only female instructors, they said they would put it on her file. Well we had missed a session so when we came back for a make up they assigned her to a male instructor we said "no way "so we cancelled right away . Mind you we are paying for private lessons! . Best decision made when it comes to our child’s swim progress. They offer a free trial and that was honestly great because we could anticipate whether or not our little one would feel comfortable here. Everyone was very welcoming. Bella is our swim coach and she is amazing. She’s fun and patient and you can tell she loves what she does! 10/10 would recommend Big Blue Swim school in Lakewood.
My experience at Big Blue has been wonderful. My one-year-old son loves the water, and the swim instructor is incredibly good and patient.
From a trial swim lesson to regular students. at first we’re just wanna take advantage of their free swim class, and think maybe we’ll just do it for like few weeks but my kids loved the class and the coaches! So we end up continuing the class till now we’ve been there for almost a year and my kids have been rotated for some coaches when we need to have makeup class. And i must say all of the coaches are really good we’ll continue to be there until my kids doesn’t wanna go anymore try it and you wont regret
