We had our introductory lesson with Louie B. He was great. Made our son feel very comfortable and confident for his first lesson. The facility is very clean and staff was kind.
I absolutely love it, my daughter was scared of water before coming. She never liked pools, but we signed her up for an upcoming trip. My daughter started nervously and wanted to just hug her teacher. Now she's confident and excited to show her teacher what she can do in the water. This is a major accomplishment for my baby girl. Would not recommend. I took my kids here for 2 months & they both still know very little to nothing about swimming. I did express this to the staff as well & was encouraged to take more classes when I just explained my kids were not learning with the form they were being taught. We even asked for a refund at one point & were told no which seems crazy because we didn’t go go any classes yet. Either way we missed the last 2 classes & basically wasted those $200
