The separates occasions i was to be met, after a phone call to let me know they were in their way. First time... No call...i call them... "Well, it will have to be tomorrow" I said ok... Next day, getting close to 5:30 p.m. I call and ask when... The reply i got...."well, my guy is only in town till about 5 so, it being Saturday you're going to have to wait till Monday... If that's customer service before, if hate to see where they've already got your $...
I feel my personal stuff is taken care of! Owners are exceptional and take care if any issues that arise promptly.
