Like the previous poster, I too found Big Blue to be overpriced and of little help when performing a project. I needed some help when plumbing my gas grill to my large propane tank used for supplementing the heating system in my home. I spoke to several people at this store and they were not at all helpful. I drove down the street to Lesters where a salesperson helped me find all of the parts that I needed and instructed me on how to safely complete the job.
No help from this store. Extremely poor service. Have shopped in this store for twenty years but will never set foot in it again now! Would not advise anyone to shop here. Waited a long time to get waited own and then the person waited on black custmers that came in behind us before waiting on us! Extremely rude!
