THE worst property manager ever. Shows up unannounced and walks right in, uses your utilities and says he doesn't and runs up utility costs. Doesn't fix anything on time does it on his own time. I know he knows who i am and who other people are leaving reviews but please i STRONGLY advise you to not rent from Phil Hemphil. This needs to be stopped!!
Very easy to get a hold of. Very straight forward and friendly.
I lived in Phil's properties for two years and of the handful of landlords I have dealt with he cares the most about the tenants and his properties. My place was a little old but super well kept. I had a few issues related to neighbors ,infrastructures, and a major water leak (like, the pipe exploded), Phil took care of all things very quickly. He also provides tips for upkeeping the place and cleaning tips. I definitely missed him as my landlord.
