Daniel at Big Blue was amazing! I was having a running toilet that was causing my water bill to spike. Daniel came when he said he would. He was great at communicating with me. He was so friendly and great at his job! He replaced the toilet and it works perfectly. I now feel like I have a Plumber for Life.!! I recommend Daniel at Big Blue and if I need services in the future, that is who I'm going to call.
My ductless / heat exchange AC unit has been running for 15 years, I never had it cleaned. It was a mess! I was blown away by how professionally, unobtrusively, and thoroughly the team that arrived this morning handled this messy job. I peppered them with questions, they were very knowledgeable and kind of passionate about what they do. I went with Big Blue after reading other people's reviews here, and just wanted to confirm they're a great company with great people.
I'd originally had a disappointing experience with my AC maintenance, as the initial visit felt rushed and didn't address the specific issues I had mentioned. However, I really appreciate how the owner handled the situation. After I shared my concerns, the owner personally came back to inspect the system, took the time to thoroughly check everything, and made sure my questions were addressed. I used Big Blue Plumbing for AC maintenance based on a neighbor’s recommendation, but I was highly disappointed. The technician did a completely perfunctory job, only changing and cleaning the filter. Even though I explicitly mentioned specific issues I’ve been experiencing, he did absolutely nothing to address them. Charging $325 for basic maintenance I easily could have done myself is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services.
Had a water heater go on the fritz and Big Blue were quick to help. Stacey, who ran point on the phone, was so communicative and helpful in coordinating the replacement of the water heater. Price and promptness were all very welcome. Thank you!
