I spent years looking for a reliable, high-quality plumber before finding Big Blue. These guys know what they're doing, they're honest, and they care about doing a good job. I've worked with them for boiler replacement, boiler maintenance and general plumbing. They've gone above and beyond for us on a couple occasions.
I hired this plumber to fix a shower that wasn't hot enough. I knew the hot water heater was fine because hot water was fine everywhere else but shower. Since I was having a plumber come, I also wanted to change out the fixtures so I bought new ones. He came and basically told me that he could not do the job. He said the replacement fixtures had to be the same brand as the original fixtures. I've done a lot of remodeling and never ran into this problem before with a plumber.
