Update from 1 star to 4 Star: Kody did come by and fix our issue. He was super nice and apologized for the wait. Also, said he had tried contacting us to schedule a time to come out and didn't get an answer. With ATT cell service lately it is a possibility. However, he could've text or left a voicemail. First, they ordered some wrong parts so they couldn’t complete initial installation. Took 2+ months for them to return to complete installation (Jan 31). First, they ordered some wrong parts so they couldn’t complete initial installation. Took 2+ months for them to return to complete installation (Jan 31). Now, it’s summer, when we first started using AC it’s leaking down the wall. They gave us instructions over the phone how to clean out drain line. We did that, still leaks…BAD! I let them know that, he said it’s probably not level and they’d have to come out and fix it. That was almost a month ago and they still haven’t called back or showed up. You will not find anyone better that Kody and his crew. They know what they are doing and get to you in a timely manner. My family has never had a bad experience with Big Blue Heating and Cooling.
