Reported them to ACCC for false advertising. When I questioned why there a price difference between their website and what they are quoting they advised it's 2021 prices not 2022 on their website. False advertising Really bad service from female in blue charters.
it is with some regret that I have to write this review. I am a travel agent who booked a client on a charter with Big Blue Charters for their wedding ceremony. Big Blue cancelled the charter as the yacht had been sold and was no longer available. This happens and cannot be helped. However where this becomes so infuriating is thet Big Blue have not and will not return the clients $1,870 that they have initially paid to secure the booking. We hired from Big Blue Charters for my daughters 21st. The whole process leading up to her special day was exceptional, Hannah was very helpful and professional. The crew on the day were lovely and everyone had a great time. We wish we actually hired longer than 2 hours as the time just flew by. Thanks for a great day.
Couldn’t recommend more. From the moment we walked on to the boat Blake and his crew looked after us like royalty. The boat was immaculate and beautifully presented. The food was delicious and service 5 star. Can’t wait to do it again.
The tour was cancelled the day prior because the staff "had covid". One month later I'm still waiting for the refund. They never call me back, or send me any information and they don't reply to emails.
