Big Bites is one of those rare spots that just gets it right. Both my daughter and I love the food here. Everything feels fresh, bright, and clean, from the flavors to the presentation. Our go-to favorites are the chicken and veggie pho and the banh mi. The ingredients taste vibrant and thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell real care goes into every dish. The pho soup isn’t really traditional Vietnamese way, but more of a fusion of Mexican street tacos and pho, with a bunch of purple onion and cilantro taking over the broth flavor. It’s kinda like eating a beef taco, but in the form of the soup.
Shrimp toast is good.
