We bought our Frontier in 2015, the sales staff and customer service were amazing. We continue to have the boat serviced yearly. Fast forward to 2025, same boat and same AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give 10 stars I would. #shoplocal #smallbusiness
Big Bend Marine was top tier to deal with. I dealt with Zak on my purchase and was a please to work with. Laidback, no pushy sales, just how you want to be treated. Even on times when he was unavailable, someone was happy to help. Will definitely be dealing with them on my service and all my boating needs.
I dealt with Dale at Big Bend Marine for both buying a boat and selling my old boat on consignment. Excellent family owned company to do business with. Shopped around a lot for a boat and so many dealers have hidden fees when buying or putting your boat on consignment but not Big Bend. They do business right and are very fair and trustworthy. I hope to not buy another boat for a while but would not hesitate to deal with these guys again, highly recommend. Thanks again!
