Wtf 15 hours and still no service. Worest service department in the business. I strongly suggest using a generator or a different power company.
I would have to agree, they lack customer care or service. But in many areas are the only choice a homeowner or renter has for electricity. With that said they can easily do as they please with little to no regard for their customers ( a partnership it is not).
The service I received at Big Bend Electric in Ritzville, WA was the worst service I have EVER recieved from any power company. Enough said. I will not EVER go through them for any rentals.
