We had Big Ben Cleaning come in and clean our furnace and all the ducting in our home. The serviceman, Benjamin, was very professional and always let us know what he was doing throughout the process. They left us with a very detailed invoice with before and after pictures. We would highly recommend this company for this service.

STAY AWAY! These guys did an awful job at my house in Legacy! It took them under 1 hour for 1 person to complete 850 sq ft area of carpet. Astonishing speed with terrible quality! My biggest concern was the amount of cleaning chemicals they left on carpet. I fixed it myself with clean water. See pictures for residual shampoo and dirt left behind after these guys will be done with your place!
We had the Airducts cleaned and everything leading to the furnace filter. We also had the dyer vent hose cleaned from the outlet to the dryer. It is amazing the pictures showing before and after results. The two gentlemen that did the work have done an excellent job. I highly recommend Big Ben Cleaning. More than satisfied!
Big Ben Cleaning was great! The woman I spoke to over the phone had amazing customer service from start to finish, the whole experience with Big Ben Carpet Cleaning was smooth and genuinely pleasant. They showed up on time, were professional and respectful, and did a really thorough job. My carpets look noticeably cleaner and refreshed. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them!
