I was concerned about a couple of noises that I had been hearing and took my car to get checked out. They were able to identify the problems and recommend solutions to fix them, and did not charge me anything for looking the car over. If you are a college student, I would highly recommend Big Ben!

Victor is the best in the business! I used to drive all the way out to Ottawa to get my car worked on, but I took a chance with Big Ben and will never look back. I’ve been using them now for about 5-6 years for all of my vehicles and have always been extremely satisfied with the price, but more importantly, the quality of the work and the service of the business itself. I’ve always talked to Victor and he’s always been upfront about what he thinks the issue could be, as well as with quoting for what the fix could cost.
