Big Becks customer service professional and friendly. Installed our new pool starting in late winter and through spring. Pool was hand dug, saving rest of yard’s planting/grass and walkways. Workmanship was clean and quick. Issues that did arise were quickly addressed and corrected. Melissa is an asset to BB team. She always is quick to respond to emails or phone calls with an answer. Frank, as well an asset always ready to help, and Brian worked with us to make our pool a reality.

We love our new pool! Brian made the process quick and easy. They started work on our 16x32 pool in February and we were ready to swim by the first warm day. The pool is state of the art and heated with an energy efficient heat pump and filter system and in-pool lights. Brian was able to work with us on the price for some of the work I was willing to handle (moving/keeping some of the dirt instead of carting away). Great company & great service. They come when they say they will. They work fast. Their workers are courteous & friendly. If you have questions they have answers. And, unlike most pool stores, they don’t try to sell you stuff just to sell you stuff. If it’s not necessary they don’t push it on you. I definitely feel like I am appreciated.

Amazing service from the guys from opening to closing. Communication in the office in regards to billing and services is excellent. This is by far the best company to service your pool. I have no time to handle this and i always know that my pool is taken care of. Crystal clear every day!

I can honestly say that after dealing with multiple pool companies ,this is the best. Their customer service and follow through is simply fantastic. They were beyond honest and very thoughtful when my pool pump appeared to have died . They came out and were very honest when they suggested that it had nothing to do with the pump. It was actually a simple electrical fix. This level of honesty truly impressed me. They waived the fee and told me if I needed anything else to call them. So I did.
